Books on Spiritual/Personal Growth

Ask And It Is Given by Esther And Jerry Hicks. One of my all-time favorite books on the teaching of manifestation. Esther and Jerry describe to us the power that every human possess when it comes to attracting our most powerful desires. They outline how to manifest desires through a very detailed set of 22 processes found midway through the book. Some of which I personally use every day. Please read this book with an open mind, most of this information will be very different than what society has taught us!

The Seven Spiritual Laws Of Success by Deepak Chopra. The author takes a unique approach that goes against societies normal thought that the only way to succeed is through hard work and driving ambition. Instead she offers a set of spiritual laws that, when practiced, enable you to achieve success. One of these seven laws is the law of karma, Chopra explains how every thought or action is a seed of manifestation. Once you realize this, you can now influence your life in whatever direction you choose. Through applying these laws one can reach an amazing amount of happiness and fulfillment in life.

The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle. In The Power of Now Tolle sheds light on your number one enemy, the ego. Tolle explains how all of our suffering can be put to rest by one thing; the present moment. He describes the one method that leads to true peace in life on Earth which is detaching ourselves from our thoughts and realizing that we are much more. If peace is what you desire, if you're tired of negative thoughts, this book is for you.

The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide To Personal Freedom by Don Miguel Ruiz. The Four Agreements is on of the most powerful books on this list. Through this book the author lists the four agreements to live by that will help you live the best and most fulfilled life possible. Come into this book with an open mind, be completely ready for change and watch just how powerful this book is.

The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael A. Singer. The Untethered Soul touches on many similar points as The Power of Now with a different perspective of Michael Singer. Very similar to Eckhart Tolle, Michael Singer describes the absolute power that the present moment holds. Singer also goes into depth on the subjects of mind relaxation and how to properly observe your thoughts. If you struggles with stress, anxiety, or depression I would highly reccomend either this book or The Power of Now.

A New Earth: Awakening To Your Life's Purpose by Eckhart Tolle. Another extremely powerful book by Tolle. This book has a much different perspective than The Power of Now, Tolle still speaks on the ego and its destructive nature. Another point he focuses on in this book is the power of awareness. How important it is to be aware that a pattern of behavior is no longer serving us and then having the ability to change it. This is yet another life changing book by Tolle.
